We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we've now streamlined the returns process to provide a hassle-free online shopping experience!

How long does it take to return my item?

You have up to 30 days from the date you received the item to make a return. You must return your return package with a postmark within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item and the return package must be postmarked. Returns after the 30-day period will not be accepted, and refunds may not be processed for returns dropped off or shipped after the 30-day period.

How can I return an item?

Step 1: Use our Identify Item and Create Mailing Label Return to create and print a prepaid return label. Click Return to begin your return process.

Step 2: Prepare your package

A. Pack your return properly, making sure the item is in the original inner packaging.

B. Attach the shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

Step 3: Ship

When your package is ready, please drop it off at your nearest mailing location.

Which items are eligible for return?

Eligible items must be in original condition; unwashed and unworn. Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in original condition.

Important tips:

Do not send your item to the sender's address listed on the package. This is not a return address and will delay the processing of your return and refund.

Please make sure your return package does not accidentally contain a non  pictstrong  item. We are not responsible for shipping these items back to you.
